JUDGMENT
The petitioner who is a private stage carriage operator having a contract carriage bearing registration No.KL-14/A-7799 (replaced by KL-14/D-9599) operating in the inter-State route covering Alampady-Mangalore has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P2 order passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam dismissing M.V.A.A.No.455/2012 arising out of the proceedings in Item No.7 in the meeting of the State Transport Authority, Kerala held on 9.11.2012. 2.
Today when the case was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered against the petitioner by the judgment of a learned Single Judge of this Court dated 15.11.2013 in W.P.(C) No.8210/2013 and connected cases. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned
