JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner, who is a resident in Ward No.IV of Aroor Grama Panchayat, is that the 5th respondent, who is his neighbour, is proposing to effect construction in the nature of an extension to the existing building and for that purpose he is also proposing to construct a septic tank near to the well which is being used by the petitioner and the other residents in the locality. In the said circumstances, raising grievances Ext.P1 complaint has been submitted before the 2nd respondent. When this matter is taken up for consideration the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 expeditiously. In view of the nature of the order I propose to pass in this writ petition I do not think it necessary to issue notice to respondents 1, 2 and 5. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate
WP(C).No.12718/2015 orders on Ext.P1 expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, with notice to the 5th respondent.
