JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is working as a temporary worker at Venmani Anganwadi, within the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent Panchayat, seeks appointment as a permanent worker under the Integrated Child Development Project (ICDS), in accordance with Exts.P3 and P4 Government Orders. Highlighting her claim, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P5 and P8 representations before the 1st and 2nd respondents, seeking an appointment as a permanent worker under the ICDS. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P8 within a stipulated time frame.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and also the learned Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent Panchayat as well.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider
