JUDGMENT

The prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 appeal filed by the petitioner, on being aggrieved by Ext.P1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, on Ext.P3 appeal expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that orders on Ext.P4 petition shall be passed within a period of 10 days from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, if it is already received and pending.
