JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a regular permit holder operating on the route Olippara-Palakkad with vehicle bearing No.KL-10 M 8715. The 2nd respondent had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.12636 of 2015 seeking a direction to the Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority, Palakkad to consider the application for temporary permit submitted by him pending consideration of the application for regular permit. As per judgment dated 17.4.2015 the same was directed to be considered. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 objection filed by the petitioner while settling the timings in favour of the 2nd respondent pursuant to the grant of a temporary permit in tune with the directions in the judgment in W.P.(C)No.12636 of 2015. In view of the order I propose to pass in this writ petition I do not think it necessary to issue notice to the 2nd respondent. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of
WP(C).No.12770/2015 with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 objection filed by the petitioner before issuing temporary permit to the 2nd respondent, if not already issued.
