JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-6 D 6431 covered by regular permit on the route Kadampanad-Enathu. The time schedule that is issued to the petitioner's service was issued in the year 2014 and the timings were last settled on 02/01/2014. According to the petitioner, subsequent to the introduction of his service lot of new services have been introduced, in spite of the same, petitioner stood by his time schedule. The petitioner prayed for revision of timings of his service with slight change in existing timings and Ext.P2 is the request so made by the petitioner before the respondent. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of the request made in Ext.P2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of as follows:- If Ext.P2 application has been received in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing
W.P.(C).No.12784 of 2015 within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carriage operator adversely affected by the change in the timing sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the office notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice.
