JUDGMENT

The petitioner has moved Ext.P2 application before the respondent seeking renewal of the permit in respect of an autorikshaw bearing registration No.KL-7X-5380. The said application has been filed along with Ext.P.3 petition to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the renewal application. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said applications are still pending consideration before the respondent.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner along with Ext.P3 delay condonation petition, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks, with notice to the petitioner.
