JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator, operating on the route Kollam-Madathara in respect of S/c KL-17-F-2633. Due to change in circumstance the petitioner has made Ext.P1 application before the respondent for revision of his own timings. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P1 application is still pending consideration before the respondent.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the fact that Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner for revision of his own timings is pending consideration before the respondent, there will be a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner and also to the other affected operators, if any. Decision as directed above shall be taken, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
