JUDGMENT

The petitioner impugns before this Court, for SARFAESI proceedings. This Court directed the petitioner to remit Rs.7.5 lakhs as per the interim order dated 24.4.2015.

2. The petitioner failed to remit the above amount. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that more than Rs.30 lakhs is due from the petitioner.

3. I am of the view that if the petitioner has any grievance against the SARFAESI proceedings, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

This writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
