JUDGMENT
The writ petition seeks implementation of Exhibit P1 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal [for brevity "the Tribunal"] in M.V.A.A.No.9 of 2015.
2. The judgment itself has been passed on 06.03.2015 and is one directing grant of renewal of permit in respect of a stage carriage in the defaulted vacancy of another stage carriage. Definitely the authority would take some time to comply with the said directions. Considering the fact that Exhibit P1 was passed in March, 2015, there is no warrant for issuance of a mandamus at this stage.
3. It is also submitted that the matter is posted on 05.05.2015. Therefore, the writ petition would stand closed; however, reminding the authority of the decision of this Court reported in P.M.Thomas v. The Regional Transport Authority & Another [2004 (2) KLJ 451].
