JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of Ext.P1 application for regular permit submitted by the petitioner. The application itself has been submitted only on 31.3.2015. Necessarily the authorities would require certain amount of time to get a report from the Field Officer, consider objection, if any, as also examine the question of any objectionable overlap of a notified route. In such circumstances, at this point, this court is of the opinion that no mandamus can be issued. This Writ Petition would stand dismissed.
