JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the stage carriage operator operating on the route Pazhikara - Kollam with stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-17E-7377. For revision of his own timings, the petitioner has submitted Exhibit P1 application before the respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that Exhibit P1 application is still pending consideration before the respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of as follows: If Exhibit P1 application has been received in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage
WP(C)12850/15 carriage operator adversely affected by the change in the timing sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the office notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice.
