JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-02/P 1854 on the route Pulimath Temple - Attingal.

If no other person having a better claim has applied for the reissuance of temporary permit, there will be a direction to the respondent to re-issue temporary permit of four months' duration within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
