JUDGMENT

The first petitioner is the holder of a regular stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-17/A-6393 on the route Brahmapuram - Co-operative Medical College. The permit in respect of the said stage carriage is valid upto 3.1.2017. Similarly, the 2nd petitioner is the holder of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/AG-8218 on the route Kolencherry - Ernakulam, which permit is valid upto 6.2.2020. 2.

The 2nd respondent applied for grant of a regular permit to operate on the route Thammanimattam - Kolencherry - Co-operative Medical College - Tripunithura - Maradu Market. The said application was allowed by the 1st respondent in its meeting held on 30.10.2014, subject to settlement of timings. Now, the petitioners have submitted Exts.P2 and P3 objections against the timings proposed by the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioners is that Exts.P2 and P3 objections are pending consideration before the 1st respondent. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent. Considering the fact that Exts.P2 and P3 objections filed by the petitioners are pending consideration before the 1st respondent, I deem it

W.P.(C).No.12875/15 -2appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the 1st respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioners in Exts.P2 and P3 as well, while fixing the timings of the regular permit granted to the 2nd respondent to operate on the route Brahmapuram - Co-operative Medical College and Kolencherry-Ernakulam respectively.
