JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10-M-3425, who was granted temporary permit on the route Palathole-Pattambi in the vacancy of his own regular stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-10-M-8840 and had made Exhibit P3 application for reissue of the temporary permit, Exhibit P2, which is valid till 2.5.2015. The said application has been made on 9.4.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitoiner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the writ Petition is disposed of as follows: If the vacancy of the stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10-M-3425 is still in existence, there

WP(C).12883/15 will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit for four months' duration, within three weeks from the production of a certified copy of the judgment by passing appropriate orders on Exhibit P3 application.
