JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of regular permit granted as per Ext.P2 as early as on 8.8.2014. But obviously the grant was delayed only for the non-settlment of timings.

In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to settle the timings within a period of one month from today, failing which the permit shall be issued on the proposed timings, subject to be finalised in a properly convened time frames. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
