JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to nd respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the direct the 2 petitioner on the route Pidavoor-Adoor (Via) Pattzhi Medical College and Mount Zion Medical College, by considering Ext.P2 application, pending regular permit application.

If no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to nd respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months the 2 duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2, pending regular permit application. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any. Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
