JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks issuance of a temporary permit pending consideration of a regular permit application, produced as Exts.P2 and P1 respectively. Admittedly the said applications were both filed on 28.3.2015, simultaneously. In consideration of the regular permit application or the temporary permit application, the respondent authority would take some time in getting the report of the Field Officer, as also considering the issue of any legal impediment being there, as also examination of the issue as to why objectional overlap of a notified route.

In such circumstances, there is no necessity of issuance of any warrant at this stage. The petitioner would be left with the

Writ Petition 12914/2015 remedy to approach this Court if there is any unnecessary delay in consideration of the application.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
