2.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection against the 4th respondent. Petitioner's case is that the 4th respondent, who is the friend of her husband, used to come to her house along with her husband. But, even after her husband deserted the petitioner, 4th respondent used to come and stay with her. When stay having been objected, 4th respondent has become enemical to the petitioner and has extended various threats to her.
3.
The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions, submits that the 4th respondent is, at present,
at Gulf countries and there is no occasion to cause any obstruction or threat to the petitioner.
4.
In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before police as and when any offence or attempt to offence is committed by the 4th respondent and in that event, police shall look into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
