JUDGMENT

Petitioner, was appointed as UPSA of Kunnamangalam A.U.P.School, Kozhikode, by the fourth respondent by Exhibit P1 order of appointment. But, approval for the said appointment was rejected by the Assistant Educational Officer by Exhibit P2 order. Aggrieved by Exhibit P2 order, the petitioner has filed Exhibit P5 appeal before the second respondent. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that Exhibit P5 appeal is pending consideration before the second respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. Considering the fact that Exhibit P5 statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the second respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ

W.P.(C).No.12939 of 2015 Petition directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P5 appeal as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, with notice to the petitioner.
