J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was granted a regular permit at Ext.P1 on 10.03.2015. The petitioner seeks issuance of the same. It is trite that if the grant has been made, there should necessarily be a timing conference convened for settlement of timings for which time would be taken by the Secretary, RTA in issuing notice and considering the objections. Considering the fact that the grant was made as per Ext.P1 on 10.03.2015, the timing conference shall be convened and timings settled , within a period of three months from today, failing which, the regular permit shall be issued on the proposed timings, subject however, to the settlement in a properly convened timing conference.
