Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is inter alia alleged that the 4th respondent, who is having financial dispute with one Ramachandran, is being enemical to the petitioner and her family and threatening them. The petitioner had submitted complaint to the police to provide adequate police protection. Since no action has been taken in the matter, this writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent has not threatened the petitioner or her family as alleged.

An interim order had already been passed by this Court on 24.4.2015 directing the police to conduct an enquiry into any of the complaint given by the petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we do not think that any further direction is required to be passed in this writ petition. We only observe that if there is any offence being
