JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the third respondent to register the sale deed in respect of his property covered by Ext.P1(a), accepting the fare value as fixed by the second respondent, District Collector, in Ext.P1(a), without waiting for publication in the notification.

2. On the basis of the request made by the petitioner, the District Collector has by Ext.P1 order, issued orders in respect of the fare value in respect of the petitioner's property which is declared in Ext.P1(a) notification. The petitioner submits that just because the modified value is not published in the Gazette notification, the third respondent is not registering the sale deed.

3. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to register the document in respect of the petitioner's property, covered by Ext.P1(a), on the basis of the modified fare value fixed by the District Collector in

Ext.P1(a), without waiting for the notification. A copy of the judgment shall be produced before the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- P.V.ASHA, JUDGE.
