JUDGMENT
The petitioner has been granted regular permit as per Ext.P2 on 13.02.2015. But the same is not yet issued since the settlement of timing is not finalised. Just prior to the grant of the permit, the petitioner also had made an application, Ext.P4, for temporary permit for a period of four months. The petitioner seeks for expeditious consideration of Ext.P4. Considering the fact that the regular permit has already been granted and is not issued only for reason of the settlement of timings having not been finalised, it is only proper that the temporary permit application be considered expeditiously, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. If settlement of timing is not made within the said three weeks, then the temporary permit shall be
W.P.(C).No.13101 of 2015 issued on the proposed timings, subject, however, to finalisation being made in accordance with law by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Muvattupuzha. The writ petition is disposed of.
