JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:

i) to publish the revaluation result of the petitioner in respect of her 2nd semester M.A.English Examination subject, viz."Theories of Knowledge" conducted by the University during August 2013, within a time frame fixed by this Court; and ii) to publish the result of the 2nd semester supplementary M.A.English Examination conducted by the University during August 2014, as expeditiously as possible within a time frame fixed by this Court during the pendency of the writ petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondent University that the petitioner applied for revaluation and she also appeared for the 2nd semester MA.English supplementary examination. It was also submitted that the petitioner got through the supplementary examination as per the results published.

3. Now, the remaining relief sought for is only

WPC No.13130/2015 2 regarding the revaluation. It is further submitted that as there is glaring difference between the results of the first valuation and revaluation, now, the answer sheets are referred to expert valuation and the University would be in a position to announce the result within two weeks. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed.
