J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner. Petitioner's case is that she along with her husband had borrowed money from the 4th respondent, out of which, substantial amount has been paid. It is further stated that as a security, the house belonging to the petitioner's husband was registered in favour of the 4th respondent and now, the petitioner is not being permitted to enter into the house. 3.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a civil suit has already been filed as O.S.No.181 of 2015 by party respondent before the civil court. 4.

Since the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature and a civil suit is pending before the civil court, the petitioner has to approach the civil court for appropriate orders.

W.P.(C) No.13201 of 2015 -: 2 :- We do not see any reason to entertain this writ petition seeking for police protection.
