JUDGMENT

Considering the averments in the writ petition and also after hearing the respondent bank, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a deposit of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) on or before 30.04.2015. The petitioner shall be granted five monthly instalments to pay the balance amount of `2,75,000/- along with interest if any. The first of such instalments after the deposit of `25,000/- shall be made on 28.05.2015 and the other four instalments shall be made on 28th of each succeeding month.

The recovery proceedings shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with all the conditions as directed. If any one default is committed by the petitioner the respondent is entitled to proceed with further proceedings. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
