J U D G M E N T

The prayer in the writ petition was for a direction to the Provident Fund Commissioner to settle and disburse the amount in the Provident Fund Account to the petitioner. This Court by an order dated 16.07.2009 directed the 1st respondent to consider the prayer of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that it has been considered and amounts have been paid by Cheque No.330567 and 815366 dated 06.05.2009.
