JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, CJ.
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take immediate and appropriate action against the fifth respondent not to abuse his power and not to harass the petitioner or his family members. The Writ Petition has been filed alleging Police harassment.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the issue between the parties is a financial dispute regarding construction in which the Police have no role to play. It is submitted that the petitioner was called on a complaint received from the fifth respondent, but after coming to know that the dispute is regarding
WP(C).13301/15 financial transaction and the Police have nothing to do with that, the complaint was closed.
We see no reason to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
