JUDGMENT

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the petitioner's case also can be allowed in the same terms of Exhibit P11 judgment.

2. In the said circumstances, the writ petition is allowed on the same terms of Exhibit P11. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the certified copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent.
