J U D G M E N T

In the light of the dispute in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to produce the vehicle before the respondent on or before 30.5.2015. Thereafter, the seating capacity of the vehicle shall be verified by the respondent and petitioner's request for acceptance of tax shall be considered by the respondent in the light of the order of this Court in W.P.(C) No.7490 of 2014 and connected cases, which is produced as Ext.P4.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
