JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by non-settling of timing in respect of his stage carriage on which Ext.P2 regular permit was issued.

The petitioner applied for regular permit as well as temporary permit operating between Kandothpara and Narikkunni via Edakkara in respect of vehicle KL-8/Y 5589. The petitioner is granted with regular permit on the ill-served area, subject to settlement of timings dated 10.3.2015. The petitioner could not run the service due to the nonimplementation of Ext.P2; it is alleged. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this court. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. 4.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that

W.P.(C) No. 13344 of 2015 -2timing conference is scheduled to be held on 6.7.2015. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to settle the timings of the petitioner's stage carriage in the aforesaid meeting itself.
