JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment by the Police inter alia stating that there was some financial transaction with the 3rd respondent and the Police is unnecessarily interfering and calling upon him to pay the said amount with the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, would submit that on the basis of a complaint given by one Sunil Kumar, the husband of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called to the Police Station. It is further stated that since the issue involved was of civil nature, the matter has been closed.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we do not think that any further order is required to be passed and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
