JUDGMENT

The petitioners had approached this Court against the order of the District Collector produced in all the respective writ petitions, directing the resumption of lands under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. The petitioner moved the above writ petitions since there was apprehension of restoration being effected before the petitioner could take legal remedies against the orders passed.

2. On admission, there was an interim order of status quo granted. The petitioner has now filed revisions from the said order, which is produced in the respective writ petitions. In view of the fact that the revisions are filed and pending before the Government, it is only appropriate the same be considered first. In the said circumstances, if the revisions have been properly instituted before the Government, then the same shall

WP(C) Nos.13360, 13361 & 13362 of 2015 be numbered and the petitioner shall be issued with notice of hearing. The same shall be considered within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce certified copy of this judgment before the revisional authority. There shall be status quo order till the revision is considered.

All these writ petitions are disposed of.
