J U D G M E N T

------------------------- The petitioner availed a housing loan and committed default in repaying the loan amount, which resulted in initiation of recovery proceedings against him. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the bank that the petitioner has cleared the over dues. The petitioner submits that his accounts may be regularised. However the prayer of the petitioner is opposed by the learned counsel for the bank.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has cleared the over dues, all the account of the petitioner shall be regularised.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
