J U D G M E N T

The only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P2 representation requesting for a three phase connection.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

According to the petitioner he has submitted application for three phase electric connection to his building remitting the requisite fee as per Ext. P1. As the second respondent is not taking any positive action he submitted Ext. P2 representation for expediting the matter before the second respondent.

In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner in Ext. P2 representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of.
