Dated this the 18th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner who has been working as H.S.A from 2006, is aggrieved by the steps taken to revert her as U.P.S.A, consequent to the staff fixation that was conducted in the School for the year 2014-2015. Highlighting her grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 revision petition under Rule 12 E of Chapter XXIII KER before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision within a specified time frame, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision preferred by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, to the 2nd respondent for further action.
