JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator on the route Kozhinjampara-Thrissur in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.KL 09/R 317. The petitioner's complaint is that, the set of timings in respect of the stage carriage was issued on 23.09.2000. The 2nd respondent is given a permit in 2014 temporarily for a period of four months in Chittur (civil station)- Karadiampara (Kambikode) Via Puthunagaram, Koduvayoor, Kuzhalmannam, Kulavanmokku, Kuthanur, Padappanad.

According to the petitioner, he had objected to the timings, as there is clash between the two.

2. The only prayer in this writ petition made by the petitioner is that, Ext.P3 representation preferred by him may be directed to be considered by the 1st respondent, wherein he has

W.P.(C) No.13442 of 2015 requested for resolving the time clash.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 in accordance with law with notice to the 2nd respondent and to pass orders after hearing the parties within a period of one month.
