JUDGMENT

The only prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to re-issue temporary permit in respect of the vehicle/ stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-07-AK-4007 and to consider Ext.P3 application to continue the service on the route PerumbavoorMalayattoor-Adivaram-Kalady.

2. Heard both the sides.

3. The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 application requesting for reissue of temporary permit. In the said circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the application and to issue temporary permit accordingly, after considering other claims also, if any, in accordance with law, within a period of one week.
