JUDGMENT
The Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application to the respondent requesting for issuing a Permitless Certificate (Clearance Certificate) for release of vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-05/AK 8835 from the permit on the route KottayamThokkupalam. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far the respondent has not considered the same.
3. Having regard to the factual situation, I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The respondent shall also keep in mind that keeping the regular permit under suspended animation is a permissible exercise. The respondent shall also specify a time
W.P.(C) No.13458 of 2015 limit within which the petitioner shall replace the vehicle. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
