JUDGMENT
The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-05/L 4782 in the route Alappuzha-Ernakulam. The petitioner has filed an application for revisal of timings vide Ext.P1 application date 09.03.2015. The petitioner, in fact, seeks a particular slot, which is said to be vacant. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would contend that one another person has also sought for the same vacant timings. Preference, if any, will have to be considered by the Authority. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of her application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the
W.P.(C) No.13459 of 2015 prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say the petitioner and any other rival operator who objects to the revision shall be heard before such consideration. The revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made as per D3 Circular. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
