J U D G M E N T
The petitioner challenges Ext.P1. The petitioner submits that the same was passed without notice to him. On going through Ext.P1, it is seen that the same is only a notice. 2.
Therefore, treating Ext.P1 as a notice, the petitioner shall raise his objection to Ext.P1 before the first respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, the first respondent shall pass a reasoned order, after adverting to the objection raised by the petitioner, within a further period of one month. Needless to say, any proceedings for recovery can be initiated against the petitioner only after passing final order in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
