JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks time for repayment of loan, for which Revenue Recovery proceedings are already initiated.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. The petitioner is willing to repay the amount provided a period of six months time is granted. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be an interim direction that the petitioner shall pay a sum of 1,00,000/- within two weeks and the remaining ₹ arrears shall be paid within six equal monthly instalments, failing which Revenue Recovery proceedings shall continue.
