JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved by the coercive action initiated towards the defaulted payment of loan amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to repay the overdue amount provided instalment facility granted.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the total amount due is 11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs fifty thousand ₹ only).
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay a sum of 2,00,000/- within two weeks. In the circumstances of ₹ the case, Revenue Recovery proceedings for sale of the property shall be kept in abeyance. In case the petitioner makes the payment of 2,00,000/- within 2 weeks and continues to make payment of the ₹ remaining arrears in eight equal monthly instalments, consecutively from 1.7.2015, the proceedings initiated against the petitioner shall be withdrawn. In case of default, the same shall be revived. The writ petition is disposed of.
