JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to 3rd respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection against 3rd respondent. Petitioner's case is that petitioner and 3rd respondent were partners in a firm. Petitioner claims to have retired from the partnership business after duly repaying the entire amounts due to 3rd respondent. The allegation is that the 3rd respondent is now coming to the petitioner asking for payment of Rs.5 lakhs towards partnership.

Petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 complaint dated 28.04.2015.

In the facts of the present case we only observe that in the event any offence is committed or attempted to commit offence by 3rd respondent, it shall be open for the petitioner to
