JUDGMENT

The petitioners who are final semester students of 2 year Diploma Course in Diary Science of 2013-2015 batch, allege that the students of 2013-2015 batch had raised complaints against the Course Director due to her misbehaviour. Due to that grudge, she used to threat the petitioners that they should face their fate in viva-voce examination. The petitioners further allege that they along with three others filed Ext.P6 complaint before the second respondent stating the details of regularities committed in the viva voice examination and an enquiry has been ordered on Ext.P6, which is going on. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of the pendency of the enquiry, the date of written examination was fixed in a haste and it is under process of completion. 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the

W.P.(C) No. 13524 of 2015 -2learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University on instructions submitted that the viva voce examination has been fixed and the petitioners complaints have been cancelled even before filing of this writ petition and a fresh examination was ordered on the basis of the interim order passed therein. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the respondent University to conduct the viva voce examination without any further delay.
