JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney.

2. By this writ petition the petitioner has come up seeking a direction for police protection. Petitioner prays that mandamus be issued to respondents 2 to 4 to grant adequate and meaningful police protection for the smooth functioning of the head office and branch offices of the petitioner and for the workers and employees of the petitioner against the threat and harassment of respondents 13 to 16. Petitioner has filed a complaint against the private respondents which according to the petitioner, now being investigated.

Petitioner's complaint having been taken note of and which is under investigation, we see no reason to

WP(C) No. 13596 of 2015 -:2:- entertain this writ petition. Police authorities shall carry on the investigation in accordance with law.
