J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, the owner of a stage carriage vehicle No.KL-8-BE-7571, applied for a temporary permit on the route Vypin-Palakkad in the vacancy of stage carriage No.KL-45-A8161. He has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-8-BE-7571 on the route VypinPalakkad in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL45-A-8161. 2.

If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-45-A-8161 is still in existence and no other person having better claim has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit, and issue the same, if there is no other legal impediment, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
