J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by recovery pending disposal of statutory appeal before the first respondent. It is submitted that the appeal is pending. In view of the pendency of the statutory appeal, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal within a period of two months after hearing the petitioner. The recovery, if any, initiated against the petitioner for the amount which is subject matter of appeal shall be kept in abeyance till the pendency of the appeal.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
