J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is operating stage carriage S/C KL5/Y-3720 on the route Elettil Vattholi-BalusseryPoonoor-Narikuni. He has approached the respondent for revision of timings. Ext.P1 is the representation submitted by the petitioner which is pending consideration.

In view of the pendency of Ext.P1, there will be a direction to the Secretary, RTA to consider Ext.P1 with notice to the petitioner and others, who are operating on the route within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
